Sarnafil® TU sub-roof membranes
combine every desirable characteristic in a single product so completely, that no other sub-roof membrane
comes close.
Welded oradhered
Depending on the stresses likely to be encountered during construction and use, seam and butt joints as well as flashings and joins can either be welded continuously using proven hot- air welding technology, or adhered tight with Sarnatape. All of the products used in the process are solvent-free.
Permeable
Vapour-permeable sub-roof membranes allow the entire structural height to be used for thermal insulation. Sarnafil® TU is the only system with a sufficiently low diffusion resistance to offer the option of welded or adhered seam joints.
The membrane makes highly insulated roof systems possible. Sarnafil® TU therefore satisfies the requirements of modern construction in every respect and in every application
Watertight
and windtight
Whilst retaining a low diffusion resistance, Sarnafil TU roof lining membranes are extremely waterproof in both the seam and butt joint regions as they are across their surface even when subjected to frost and dew stress. Sarnafil seam joint technology also guarantees absolute wind tightness, i.e. no energy losses caused by cold air steams in the thermal insulation.
Non-slippery
Sarnafil TU sub-roof membranes have an anti-slip surface. They thereby assist in reducing the risk of accidents during installation
